Tasks
Daily, weekly and one-time tasks that add bonus XP on top of your paid actions.

Daily and weekly clear
- Daily clear (10 XP): check in, finish the daily set (GM, Deploy and Counter) and use three different actions on the same UTC day.
- Weekly clear (25 XP): get the daily clear on 5 days of the same week, Monday to Sunday UTC.
- Both are added on their own: right after the check-in that completes them, a few seconds after the last action is indexed, or at the hourly update at the latest.
- An action indexed just after midnight still counts for the day it was made, and a Sunday clear still counts for the week that ended.
- The Tasks card and the XP menu in the header show today's progress and the cleared days of the week.
- Clear bonuses are bonus XP: they count for your level, your rank and the weekly and monthly boards, never as paid XP.
Get started and events
- While a Get started guide runs, Quests shows its steps in order with a bonus for finishing them all. The order is only a suggestion; any step can be done first.
- An event shows its tasks on a labelled card with a countdown to its end. Event tasks count only while the event runs.
Completing tasks
- Onchain tasks: do the action, such as a GM or an increment, and the task completes by itself. Sent on zkCodex, it is counted within seconds of confirming; sent anywhere else, it is counted when the indexer reads the network, usually within 10 minutes.
- Daily check-in: press Check in on the Tasks card or in the header XP menu.
- Check your wallet: scan your own connected wallet, then press Claim once the scan finishes.
- Bridge or swap: bridge or swap with the zkCodex Bridge on any mainnet, then press Check; the server confirms the finished transfer with LI.FI.
- Network tasks only count on the networks listed on the task.
- Social tasks: one click opens the page on X and records the task. This needs a wallet sign-in, which is one free signature and never a transaction.
Limits
- Tasks have no daily XP limit. Only two XP sources are capped: BasePlay game rounds (10 rounds a day earn XP) and revoked approvals (15 XP a day).
- Each task pays once per period: once a day, once a week or once ever.
- Bonus XP from tasks counts for your level and rank. The testnet faucet only counts paid XP.
