Badges
Soulbound NFT badges: wallet history badges from a wallet scan, zkCodex badges from your zkCodex activity, one claim per wallet on each network, and the XP a claim earns.

Two kinds of badges
Badges are soulbound NFTs: they stay in the wallet that claimed them and cannot be sent or sold. There are two kinds, and the Badges page lists all of them.
| Kind | Earned from | Where you claim |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet history badges (69) | Your wallet's history on the network: transactions, active days, volume, gas, contracts, NFTs, DeFi and tokens | On the wallet page of that network, after a wallet scan |
| zkCodex badges | What you do on zkCodex on the network: GM streaks, Counter, Deploy, revokes, and Early User for zkCodex v1 users | On the Badges page with your connected wallet, or on the wallet page |
zkCodex badges
| Badge | Tier | Requirement on the network you claim on |
|---|---|---|
| Early User | Gold | A paid zkCodex v1 action on any network (the previous zkCodex contracts) |
| GM Week | Bronze | GM 7 days in a row |
| GM Month | Silver | GM 30 days in a row |
| GM Century | Gold | GM 100 days in a row |
| Counter Regular | Bronze | 50 counts with the Counter |
| Serial Deployer | Silver | 10 contracts, tokens or NFT collections deployed with the Deployer |
| Approval Hygiene | Silver | 10 token approvals revoked from the Token Approvals page |
- Each badge is earned per network: GM Week on Base needs 7 days in a row of GM on Base. Early User is the exception: zkCodex v1 activity on any network counts, on every badge network.
- Your activity on the previous zkCodex contracts counts as well as your actions on the current ones.
- A GM streak badge looks at your longest streak, so a streak you already finished still counts.
- The Badges page shows how far you are, for example 4/7 for GM Week. Your progress updates a few seconds after the transaction is confirmed.
- Before it signs a claim, zkCodex checks the requirement against its XP records on the server. A wallet that has not met it cannot claim.
- Team and treasury wallets do not earn zkCodex badges.
Claiming
- 01
Pick the network
On the Badges page, choose a badge network under Your zkCodex badges. Base, Unichain, Soneium, Ink, Robinhood Chain and Arc have a Badges contract, and GIWA Sepolia on testnet.
- 02
Connect and switch
Connect your wallet. If it is on another network, the badge button switches it first.
- 03
Claim
Claim an earned badge. zkCodex checks it and signs the claim, then you send the transaction with the mint fee shown on the button.
- Each wallet can claim each badge once per network. You can claim the same badge again on another network where you earned it.
- The mint fee goes to zkCodex; gas goes to the network.
- Wallets and marketplaces read each badge's name, picture and requirement from zkCodex.
XP for claims
- A badge claim is a paid action: on a mainnet it earns XP from its mint fee like the other zkCodex contract actions (100 XP per $1 of fee).
- On testnet a claim earns a fixed amount of testnet XP.
- There is no daily limit on claim XP, and a claim counts toward tasks such as using three different actions in a day.
